Privacy policy

What this website collects, why, who else handles it, and how you can have it removed. In plain words, so you can actually read it.

The short version

  • We collect what you give us when you book a call, sign up for the workshop or write to us, and a little about how you use this website.
  • We use it to talk to you and to run our business. We never sell it.
  • A few companies handle it on our behalf. They are listed below, with where they are based.
  • When we contact people on LinkedIn, we look at what they have made public on their profile, keep only a link to it, and stop as soon as someone asks.
  • You can ask for a copy of your data, or have it corrected or deleted, at any time: [email protected].

Who is responsible

This website is run by THE VICTORY LOG (SCHWEIZ) AG, Langmattstrasse 30, 5625 Kallern, Switzerland. The Outbound Marketing Agency is one of its brands.

For anything on this page, write to [email protected] or call +41 56 539 17 14.

Our free tools at app.outboundmarketingagency.com, including the chatbot you can talk to on this website, have their own privacy policy. It explains in detail what they store: app.outboundmarketingagency.com/privacy-policy.

What we collect, and why

When you book a call

Your name, your email address, the time you chose and your answers to the booking questions. We use them to hold the call and to prepare for it. Bookings run through Calendly.

When you sign up for the free workshop

Your name and email address. We use them to send you the link and the reminders, and afterwards free tips and tools for marketing and sales. Every email has a link to unsubscribe at any time.

When you write to us

What you write and your contact details, so we can reply.

When you talk to the chatbot

The chatbot keeps the conversation and, if you leave them, your name and email address so a person can come back to you. The details are in the app's privacy policy, in the section on the chatbot on our website.

When you simply visit

Your browser sends the technical details every website receives: your network address, the type of browser and device, the page you came from and the pages you look at. What this website does with them is under Cookies and similar.

When you work with us

If you become a client, we also keep your contact and billing details, the agreement, the invoices, and the material you give us for your pilot: questionnaires, your offer, your audience, and the strategy and messages we write with you.

We run your lead system on your behalf. You create the accounts in your name and invite us in to manage them, and you can remove our access at any time.

Payments are made by bank transfer, through Stripe or through Wise. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.

Our online courses run on Xperiencify. If you have access to one, Xperiencify stores only your name, your email address and your progress in the course.

Our outreach on LinkedIn

Outreach is what we do, so here is exactly how it works.

For our own business

We contact business owners and decision makers whose public LinkedIn profile fits the people we work with. We look at what they have made public there: name, role, company, location and similar. Outside LinkedIn, the only thing we keep is a link to the profile, so we know whom we have already contacted. The messages themselves stay on LinkedIn. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses that may need them.

For our clients

We set up each campaign on the client's own LinkedIn account, in their name. The client decides who is contacted and signs off on every message. For those contacts the client is responsible, and we work on their behalf and on their instructions only.

If you would rather not hear from us

Reply to the message, or write to [email protected]. We stop at once and mark your profile link as do-not-contact, so it does not happen again. If one of our clients contacted you, write to them, or to us and we will pass it on.

Cookies and similar

This website sets a few cookies and stores a few small items in your browser:

  • GoHighLevel, the system our website runs on, remembers your visit and the pages you looked at on this site. If you later book or sign up, we can see how you found us.
  • Its chat and form tools keep an identifier, so a conversation or a form does not start over on every page.
  • Google reCAPTCHA checks that forms are filled in by people. Google receives your network address and some details about your browser for this.
  • Calendly stores the state of the booking calendar while you use it.
  • Cloudflare counts visits for GoHighLevel, which hosts this website. It works without cookies and does not follow you to other websites.

There is no Facebook or LinkedIn tracking on this website. You can delete cookies and stored items in your browser settings at any time; the website keeps working.

Videos and fonts

Our videos are played by Vimeo and YouTube. Vimeo plays with its do-not-track setting switched on, and the YouTube player only loads when you click play.

The website builder loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your network address when a page loads.

Who else handles your data

These companies handle data for us, each only for the purpose listed:

Our free tools use a few more companies. They are listed in the app's privacy policy.

Several of these companies are based in the USA. For them, we rely on the safeguards Swiss and EU law provide, such as the Data Privacy Framework or standard contract clauses.

We never sell your data, and we pass it on to nobody else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

  • Booking, workshop and enquiry details: until you ask us to delete them.
  • Emails with tips and tools: until you unsubscribe.
  • Profile links from our outreach, including the do-not-contact list: as long as we need them, so nobody is contacted twice or against their wish.
  • Client records, agreements and invoices: ten years, because Swiss law requires it of every business.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or to the data protection authority in your country if you live in the EU or the UK.

Changes to this page

When something on this website changes the way we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
